I meant you can...if the clone only hold it and then disperses it leaves a window for the opponent to defend...if he restrains the opponent till they're struct by the lightning it's alot more effective...=/

I begin to gather a very large amount of chakra, then using the humility of my body to created a very large amount of dense fog.....I then used the suuton chakra to create a dense mist all around us, this covered a very large area around us....finally using the natural light around us and the reflection coming of the mist....I make a blinding light in order to temporary block your vision....
ok sensai.....I'm a little confused, cause on the note on Mist Eye Sight Depravation jutsu it says must have previously use hidden mist jutsu.....so does that mean that I have to use the jutsu on a previous round?....ohh well just for the purposes of the example, lets say I had already used it

I then focusing my chakra to my feet dash into the river until I have reach the center. Once there ....I quickly begin generating Suiotn chakra, then I begin releasing it into the river focusing my chakra in a spinning motion.... then as the water begins faster and faster, i mold the chakra into a water tornado wich I pick up off the ground, and oncine to fuel into a huge barrier of water around me......
I then focusing my chakra to my feet dash into the river until I have reach the center.
