ok, sorry sensei ._. , I first manipulate my chakra into raiton chakra and then mold it into my hand. I then slam my hand onto the ground sending it flying to nowhere. You were able to seethe difference in the ground as it goes.

okay sensei >_< i am soo weak hehe, concentrates a larger amount of chakra but not enough to wear me out that much .
I then start to manipulate it into lightning chakra. After that, i mold it into my palms and place my palm in the direction directly towards the rock which i made a tiny scratch on >_< . I could hear lightning at my palms and i release it. It shot furiously at the rock, on impact, it was there for a few seconds and boom, it went right through it and started disappearing.
