Raiton are jutsus relating to the element lightning in the Naruto-verse used to inflict or cause pain instantly in the person's body. Raiton's strength is Suiton as Water is a conductor of electricity which would probably increase the rate of hitting the enemy as water is really difficult to avoid once you get it. Raiton's weakness is Doton, Doton is like the opposite of Suiton as it is an insulator and can block Raiton-related techniques
