So I was just reading through some of the old naruto discussions and watching some of the manga reviews on YouTube about how Obito could have been extremely OP had he not been crushed by boulders and declared dead. I read a lot of theories about what Obitos second power would have been because kakashi's jutsu is just an inferior kamui but still just the same jutsu. That got me thinking and I formed my own theory. In the manga madara said something along the lines of you need both sharingans in order for you to gain maximum power. I believe this is true especially for tobito. My theory is that if he still had the eye that he gave kakashi the thing that would be different about his abilities is that he would be able to attack in one demension while his body is in the other. That's basically wat kakashi does in the latest chapter right? That ability would belong to Obito. He would be able to use his form of kamui to go "intangible", go to his demension basically, and then for example use fire ball jutsu and use kakashi's form to warp it back to the real world making it seem as though he's able to attack while being intangible. Does this make sense? And if this theory has been thought of already just let me know please. Thanks naruto base.

I doubt he would have unlocked his MS if he had not been crushed. Not to mention the mouton he showed and his regeneration from the zetsu.

Yeah well at any time Rin would have died his MS would have unlocked he's obsessed over her obviously. As far as the mokuton and the regeneration abilities gained from zetsu they're irrelevant because neither of those factors affects his MS ability to use kamui.
