[Theory] Tobi's weakness

We all saw the last manga and something that really caused so much confusion.So i'm just going to write a little theory about tobi's body and naruto's chakra. To start with,as we all know this to fact (1)tobi's has hashirama senju's wood DNA in other to expand his lifespan and his body.(2)Naruto's kyuubi mode chakra affects wood or plant in zetsu's case.Naruto is now tobi's greatest nightmare or weakness with these few point:-naruto ran into tobi with the intention of headbutting him and according to tobi he should have let naruto pass through him but was'nt able why?, because i think he tried to phase through but kyuubi's chakra responde to the DNA of tobi which as a result disturbed his tech and also chakra thereby cancelling tobi jutsu.This does not only relate to tobi's chakra disturbance but also that tobi won't be able to come near naruto to perform a tech be it with the sharingan or rinnegan because the tech he uses his sharingan with are all midrange phasing and absorbing so coming close to naruto means that he is a vegetable who cant use any tech including rinnegan except maybe taijutsu so if his occular tech does not work for him so will it work for the six paths since he controlls them with the eye and also except from long range techs he cant physically capture naruto. Why would Kyubi's chakra affect Tobi and not affect - Sasuke, Real Madara, Kakashi, Pain? huh?

I don't think he wanted to phase through he said: "I should've slipped through you, but you couldn't even scratch my mask" . He was talking to Naruto and not wondering to himself as for why he couldn't use his space time tech. !

Excellent theory. To answer your question Messian: none of the people you listed except Tobi have Hashirama's DNA. We saw Tobi's arm removed multiple times.

Yes he does but not the way zetsu and tobi has it moreover madara's DNA is partly senju and i think mostly uchiha since the uchiha blood runs in him even it is not visible in the sense that his skin is not white as zetsu's and tobi which you can't doubt that he uses hashirama's DNA to replace and repair any wounded part in him

Not too long ago I posted a theory on how Tobi's intangibility jutsu works and I actually predicted that Naruto's yang chakra cloak would neutralize Tobi's Intangibility. (I didn't really take that theory seriously. I still dont.) But... I think Tobi simply chose not to become intangible, to be honest.

But i'd be freakin ecstatic if you turned out to be right about Tobi not being able to become intangible because of Naruto's chakra cloak. Coz that would mean (by some miracle) that I'm right as well.

its very possible. it could even be a foreshadowing that Naruto can make Tobi not go intangible..(like say Tobi allowed Naruto to headbutt him to just see what it would do to the mask..or to maybe see what Naruto is capable of and not thinking about the fact he didnt make himself intangible)..it would be interesting to see how the battle turns then because with the Jinn on Tobi's side, it would be like Naruto and B fighting Pain and the paths again...maybe thats what is about to happen?
