Tobi being Fugaku is as likely as me being Michael Jackson's dead circus rat. First of all:
- Fugaku was the leader of the Uchiha Clan WITHOUT the MS.
- If Fugaku's body was missing after the slaughter of the Uchihas, the council and the 3rd would've noticed.
Fugaku had no urge against his clansmen, he was on the other hand planning a coup d'etat against konoha. Tobi wants the entire konoha demolished, why would he help Itachi in his task of stopping the coup d'etat?
- When Tobi were facing Itachi (a pure genious) Itachi would instantly noticed his father chakra/scent/ways of being. So would Sasuke.
- Tobi showed his face to Sasuke, and most likely to Itachi as well.
Tobi is said to possess the power of Uchiha Madara (hence the sharingan aswell). Fugaku's most highly unlikely possibility of fitting into Tobi's relation would be as a vessel for his power. Which ALSO is proven to not be true as Tobi presented himself to Kisame and took off his mask proved to be "the body of" the 4th mizukage.
To be honest, this thread is ridiculous and it has been thought of by many others. Next time gather some info and read over a couple of mangas again before posting your new theory of Tobi's true identity
