None of the Tail Beast can do Chakra Ball except 8 Tails and 9Tails... We don't know about 10 Tails because we haven't seen his abilities yet!
But the other weaker Tail Beast are only capable of doing a Nature Element Attacks...
Basically a Kenkaii Genkaii, like the Two Tails Hairball seeking Missles xd
Nah one Tailed Beast is Capable of going Head to Head with a Kage...
The Tailed Beast can go into Stage 2 and be Practically invincible, from Attacks on the outside...
Not to mention they are invincible because of Edo Tensei, and they have Rinnegan(Shared Vision) and Sharigan(3Tomoe) to help them fight better!
Only one Capable of actually hitting any of them would be A because of his Speed....
The other Kages can try to attack but the Jins can just dodge the Attacks, or take it head on since they have Edo Bodies!
Also if Tsunade, Jiraiya, or Gaara Die during the Fight then Team B loses because Those 3 Have Sealing Jutsus...
We don't know how Orochimaru or the other Kages are in Sealing abilities....
But we've seen sealing Capabilities from Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Gaara used one against Mizukage!

they cant do chakra ball? eep didnt know that, changes my opinion then although havent seen them fight so they might pull some unique abilities like gaara but.. who knows.
wait wait wait.. no it doesnt. its tobi's so they have rin/shar so they might even bust out push>revive>amaterasu and all those jutsus. so i'll stick to paths

No Mangekyou Sharigan Techs, only plain 3Tomoe Sharigan Power...
But the each Jin from 1-7 had a Unique Ability...
Like Gaara's 1 Tail has the ability to control Sand,
the Lava Guy has the Ability to Spit Lava, one has the Ability to Fly and go invisible... And So on lol

Considering that they all can go full bijuu, while having the sharingan and shared vision, there is no way that those seven can win.

None of the above except Jiraiya with sage mode and Oro with edo tensei are close to the third raikage in power, and the kage's won't be fighting the usual brainless beasts since they are controlled by Tobi, have shared vision, and can predict moves with sharingan.
Not to mention that about half of team 2 can't even damage V2 jinks.

I totally agree with you, but you forgot about A, A power isn't at the same level as the third but he is close enough and gaara and onoki combined is a very powerful team, image that gaara sand lunch all his sand to one of the path and than onoki make it more heavier, Than Orochimaru( A master of sealing technique according to the datebook and according that he invented the curse seal) seal him away with one of his Kinjutsu( According with his ambition of kinjutsu
