So i was thinking, he knows where everyone is no matter where or when, he appears to use no seals, and can "teleport" wherever.

I recently started getting into an old game on gameboy, and remembered something interesting.

In racing games of ye olde times, the driver did not move in the game, the left and right on the d pad actually controlled the MAPS movement, not the cars, the car remained stationary.


Time/space jutsu is exactly what it says on the tin, it can manipulate space, and time.

What if tobi is simply seperating time and space and is moving the space around him while not actually moving himself.

As to shinos bugs, they cant move towards the body because the body hasnt moved, the "map" has.

yes, but all movement is relative, so that is basically the same thing I think time and space jutsu is more like a wormhole rather than speed. so the bugs didn't notice him because he disappeared and reappeared somewhere else

if hes moving the "space" then surely hes moving the bugs aswell? yes?

well if hes moving them and there all around him theyd still folllow him wouldnt they? over a short enough distance like in the bits where he was delaying naruto and co...

and ur theory does make his movement a bit laughable... legendary uchiha turns into a windshield - bumping into the bugs as hes trying to escape xd...hardly ninja esque

no, he is saying that he stays still while the earth moves around him and he reappears somewhere else not that he is moving the bugs or however you interpreted it
