See Jman ,Minato's own Teacher and closest person to Minato ...didn't remember the name of Kushina but Tsunade knws alot abt Kushina than Jman...What kind of connectionis there b/w Tsunade and Minato to learn that much abt his family..

The relationship (as unintentional as it is) is that Naruto is to be the 6th Hokage. So we have a bond between all of the even numbered Hokage. 2,4,6.

So only similarities you arbitrarily handpick matter, and all other similarities characters might share don't matter? Your point lacks consistency.
also minato and tobirama do not have a relation yet revealed to people. There has been no hint of this in the manga. Your point would have merit if either would have mention something beyond acknowledgement of skill.

the thing is minato/naruto/tobirama look connected is via abilities
FTG is well renowned jutsu but not every one can use even in konoha, minato's subordinates - 3 person required, it seems more genetic. same goes for naruto's kage bunshin.
while the relation between lee and guy is all about admiration and copying the personality
that's what i wanted to say.

Just saying what if in some chance Tobirama is Minato's great grandfather,like maybe Tobirama's daughter married a Namikaze and their grandchild is Minato.It matches the age gaps with no issue & explains why Tobirama had no idea who is Minato after being revived.But yeah this can be a big if situation.
Anyway Minato can be related to Senju's like above mentioned by the OP.Still not enough evidence is present to prove it fully :O

Orochimaru did acknowledged the Edo Tensei was created by Tobirama.
When Naruto mentioned about his 'Shadow Clone jutsu', then Tobirama said he created.
Cannot blame Naruto, because he did not read the author of jutsu scroll....
Note: Jutsu Scroll were done by graphic pictures, that was easily understood;
that's how Naruto could master the jutsu in such a short period of time.
Hashirama did said Tsunade was his grand daughter.

Normal fact, when one's clan married another clan, both clans merged.
Hashirama (Senju) Clan married Uzumaki Clan, then the bond was seal.
