deidara < hiruzen because deidara lost to hebi sasuke. doesnt mean he cant still freaking disintegrate the old man. suigetsu was not in his element in an enclosed building and still fought evenly with him in kenjutsu. furthermore daruis easily raikage level IMO

1. No sir, you are wrong. Kisame can't use high level suiton ninjutsu without a water source nearby. Tobirama can literally spawn water out of his mouth. Even more advanced than what we saw in the Hashi Tobirama vs Hiruzen fight. You can tell he was only using the minimum to block the third's Katon attack :shrug:
