Izuna didn't even share his powers or features with us, we just saw him using regular 3 tomoe sharingan, kenjutsu and a regular fireball jutsu. Like OP said, the fight can go either way, but Tobirama might wins this due to his speed feats, since he's a senju he can sense the flames of Amaterasu before Sasuke can even cast it.

He had an MS, and was near equal to Madara. Tobirama wins this.

No way in hell a suiton is cutting through susano dude.

Thing is, what confuses me genuinely about this fight(and the way izuna died ) is the following:
- Itachi activated his susanoo AFTER getting hit by kirin
-Kirrin >>>>>a sword
-Sasuke has itachis powers, basically so his susanoo
-Sure , tobirama beat MS izuna, but what did we ever see from izuna really?

Besides, he's fought every day since childhood; his battle skills and instincts are much more refined than MS Sasuke's. His reflexes are unmatched, and there's little doubt that he's quicker and more intelligent too. He makes Danzo look like a brain-dead tortoise.

Stating that he's fought alongside hashirama isn't in itself evidence that he can deal with susanoo, just that he may. Also, the way izuna died shows a speed blitz that caused death by a sword stab wound. So either izuna didn't have susanoo, or was unable to use it for some reason. Or his version was weaker than what we're used to seeing.

Danzo may have been old, but he had 10 sharingans and hashirama senjus DNA, only an idiot would call that insignificant. Beating him was a feat even itachi would later praise.
Having said that, I personally tilt towards tobirama due to knowledge, but only just by a hairs breadth, I.e I don't see this being a stomp.
