Tobirama vs Minato

Tobirama could not have found the TBB before Minato, as Minato is apparently a sensor. Tobirama was farther away, as he was not in the picture. So, unless you are saying that running at something farther away is faster than reaching for something closer to you, then shoot.

Sasuke and Madara = different eyes, different chakra.

Minato and Naruto = same bijuus, same chakra quantity so no.

Minato has no chakra arms cuz he hasn't trained them. He already manifested KCM speed when he blitzed Naruto and Sasuke.

KCM increases speed. So yes it does.
