Ya. That is a nice feat and all but he knew he was going to be attacked. Using FTG to evade an attack is a nice feat, but take a look at this please.

We don't know how much ground Tobirama covered to get there, sorry unlike you i don't consider characters popping in after being off-screen for several chapters as a feat.

Going by your logic Kakashi and Gai = KCM Naruto in speed cause they saved him from obito at the last second.

Also Minato's arm was on the other side of the fricken bomb of course it would take longer to turn around and grab it when its on the other side.

Tobirama could not have found the TBB before Minato, as Minato is apparently a sensor. Tobirama was farther away, as he was not in the picture. So, unless you are saying that running at something farther away is faster than reaching for something closer to you, then shoot.
