bee never went full bijuu mode also dont be down playing jinchuurikis just because they use their bijuu and doesn't kisame gain chakra from samahada so it kinda is the same deal

Tobirama has no feats, he is pure hype. Kisame is pure feats, he defeated the 8 Tailed Perfect Jinchuriki. Butttt Tobirama has Edo Tensei and who knows what ninja he has, so Tobirama.

Most of the Akatsuki members are 'kage' levels. Kisame didn't have his main weapon against Guy. It's like a Sasuke without sharingan, Naruto without the Kyuubi.

Kisame would defeat him. Kisame can simple live in the water unlike Tobirama.

Edo Tensei doesn't count because he didn't master it, so we can't even think to put it even CLOSE to the scale of Kabuto or Orochimaru's.

Bee didn't win... Kisame accomplished his mission at that time.

Anyway I think Tobirama takes this with Exploding Edo Tensei Fodder no Jutsu.
