I just want to point out that the character's have full info on each other, Tobirama has two fodder Edos.
Tobirama Countering Itachi's Katon and Suiton
Itachi has many great Katon techniques such as Great Fireball, Pheonix Sage Fire, and others. He also possesses some Suiton like Water Dragon Bullet and Water Fang Bullet. All of these techniques are countered or counteracted with a simple Water Dragon Bullet from Tobirama, or possibly a Water Encampment Wall if it is needed. But this is a given.

Countering Itachi's genjutsu
Most of Itachi's genjutsu can be broken with a simple genjutsu surge; called Kai. To use Kai properly, one must have a strong chakra, which is present in Senju.

The only genjutsu Tobirama cannot counter with a surge of chakra is Tsukuyomi, in which only an Uchiha by blood with a sharingan can break.

Now, since I gave Tobirama info on this, a Bunshin feint would suffice. Some people claim Tobirama can only use two Kage Bunshin due to this scan.

But you must keep in mind, Tobirama also had a Kage level barrier up at the time, and SM Hashirama could only make 6 Mokuton Bunshin. Sage Mode Hashirama, not base Hashirama. So it should be clear, that Tobirama can make more than two Kage Bunshin.Countering Izanami
Izanami, despite being the biggest ass pull in the series, will result in no more than a draw. Due to Tobirama's superior reflexes and speed, when he senses Itachi coming at him to physically contact him him to activate Izanami.

Itachi will get cut open with a Kunai or a sword if he tries doing that to Tobirama, as Tobirama has shown to be quite proficient in Kenjutsu at a young age.

Tobirama's Speed and Reflexes
I just wanted to point out some speed and reflex feats for spits and giggles.
This is Tobirama getting caught off guard by Juubito's immense (near instant) speed, and while getting blitz'd, Tobirama thinks of a plan and executes it (with half a body).
This is Tobirama out speeding / out reacting Minato.
Mind you, Minato was in KCM, which greatly increases the users speed, strength and what not.

With more than one edo, this attack would have double the power. The fully armoured Susano'o equipped with Totsuka and Yata is easily dodged by Tobirama. Tobirama can mark a two of his many Kage Bunshin and or Edos and teleport to them. Tobirama can mark the ground and his Kage Bunshin's can do the same, making it easier to move around.In all, I am saying that Tobirama does not get stomped. I am saying either character can win high diff or extreme diff in these conditions. Just my input. Please point out many mistakes. :nindaime:
