1. I want to learn Suiton because it is a very versaitle element when you get good enough at it, which means using Suiton without the water source. It has a good mix of attack, defense, and right off the bat finishers like the vortex jutsu that traps someone in the water without you wasting a hand. Over-all, one of the best elements.
2. Suiton's weakness is Doton. Water flows where it can, not forcing it's way through things that are very dense like Doton. Since Doton is so dense, the Suiton cannot go through it, making the Suiton bounce off (unless of course the Suiton is 1 rank above).
3. Suiton is strongest against Katon. When the Suiton hits the Katon, this causes a reaction to where the Suiton starts to drown out the Katons oxygen, making the Katon considerably weaker or just nullifying it directly.
4. Lord Tobirama, Kisame Hogashaki, Zabuza Momochi, Mei, Hashirama (if you count that), and Itachi Uchiha.
5. Two KKG that have Suiton mixed in with another element are Boil Release and Ice Release. Two KKG users that use Suiton in their KKG are Haku and Mei.

How you would counter it: I would use a Doton technique, a high level Katon, or a Raiton if the opponent is in the water.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): This technique does not require any handseals so performing it would not be so hard. You would have to gather the Suiton chakra in your body and let it flow out your hands like a running water source; thus letting the Suiton flow.
One/three advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
- 1. This technique does not require a water source.
- 2. This technique is versitaile, as it can create shields of water, or use the water for offensive purpouses.
- 3. This is a low ranking Suiton so most opponents will not worry about it if I attack with it.
- 1. Since this technique is such a low rank it will not do great damage.
- 2. There are much better Suiton jutsu out there for Offensive/Defensive/Supplementry type purpouses.
- 3. This will have no affect on Doton.
How you would counter it: I would use a Doton technique, a high level Katon, or a Raiton if the opponent is in the water.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): This technique does not require any handseals so performing it would not be so hard. You would have to gather the Suiton chakra in your body and let it flow out your hands like a running water source; thus letting the Suiton flow.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
For this you can either use your mouth or the pre-existing water source. Your choice.
Pretty much cover yourself and the surrounding area in mist.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I gather the chakra from around my body and knead it into water. I then exhale the water out of my mouth and into the air, portioning the chakra on how thick I want the mist.
- 1. This can effectivly block most Eye type genjutsu that would be a pain to get out of.
- 2. This would hinder the other person seeing, but if you were a sensor you have just gained a huge advantage.
- 3. You can control the thickness of the mist with your chakra.
- 1. This cannot and will not block any incoming attacks.
- 2. This will hinder your eyesight as well.
- 3. This jutsu is absolutely worthless against the Byakugan.
How you would counter it: I would use a high scale Katon or Fuuton. I would use chakra sensing.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I gather chakra from all over my body and let it flow to my hands. As it ends up in my hands, molecules of water start forming, until a very sharp and dangerous sword is formed.
- 1. If you do not have a sword, this will come in handy.
- 2. Since it is made out of water, you can slice incoming fire attacks with it.
- 3. You could throw this sword at your opponent, maybe catching him off gaurd.
- 1. If you have no skill in Kenjutsu, this technique will not help you.
- 2. If you are a long range fighter, you would not want to use this jutsu.
- 3. You cannot infuse this sword with Raiton, as the electric would shock you as well.
How you would counter it: With a C Rank Katon or higher, any Raiton technique, slicing the sword with a regular sword infused with Raiton.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I gather chakra from all over my body and let it flow to my hands. As it ends up in my hands, molecules of water start forming, until a very sharp and dangerous sword is formed.
You can still use this technique without learning Ken, just use it in the freeform sense.

- 2. It can block up to C-rank Katons, which is helpfull.
- 3. If you used the Water Sword and this, it would look cool!
- 1. This technique wastes a hand (you must grip the shield with your arm).
- 2. It is super weak against most attacks.
- 3. Since it is made of water, shuriken and Kunai can go right through.
How you would counter it: With shurikens, B-Rank Katons, C-rank anything. An electric attack to elecrtocute the opponents arm.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): As Tobirama gathers Suiton chakra from all over his body, he lets it flow to his arm. As the chakra starts seeping out of his arm, it starts forming a shield of some sort.

Go over to the water source, and send your suiton chakra into the water, manipulate the water to create a water shark that will jump out of the water striking my clone down.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I exert alot of chakra from my body and into the air, bending the water molecules to my will. They are forming a shark, and I manipulate the shark to strike your clone and make it go *POOF*.

- 1. Since it is short range, the attack would hit very soon, giving little time to the target to defend.
- 2. With my Tobirama's bio special ability, no one would suspect me using it without a water source.
- 3. Since it is pretty big, they could lose there focus on me, leaving them open for another attack.
- 1. It requires a water source for most bios. Yuck.
- 2. It is easily counter-able.
- 3. It has no defensive or supplementry purpose.
How you would counter it: B-rank Katon or higher, C-ranked tech from any element, or a D-rank Doton.

This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.
Perform the three seals, then gather your suiton chakra in your hands then use shape manipulation to create a whip of water. that you can whip around my clone, lighting techs can be channeled though the whip for a combo attack.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start gathering chakra from my body and it starts flowing to my hands. As the Suiton chakra reaches my hands, I make three handseals: Rat, Dog, and Ox. After the handseals are finished, a whip of water starts forming out of the water in the air. I then whip my whip at your clone, defeating it!
- 1. If you channel lightning through it, this whip will become very dangerous.
- 2. This whip can go into medium range, making it very usefull.
- 3. You can use the whip to wrap around tree branches in a fight and dodge incoming attacks. (This also puts the D-rank sword attack to shame.)
- 1. This technique requires handseals, which is a pain.
- 2. Someone can have a sword and slice through the water ship, destroying it.
- 3. You cannot defend with this technique, which is a pain.
How you would counter it: I would make a D-rank Doton shield, or a B-rank Katon shield.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start gathering chakra from my body and it starts flowing to my hands.
