base speed tobirama is faster than the average shinobi, with ftg he is one of the fastest ninjas

lol at people who say FTG doesn't count as a speed feat. Base Naruto is slower then Base Tobirama, he needs BM to become fast (still slower then FTG though). Third and Fourth Raikage haven't shown to be very fast without the lightning armour, but are still slower then FTG. This just comes to show most people need to use jutsu to become faster, what makes FTG an exception? And even without FTG, his base reaction speed and shun shin speed have shown to be insanely quick.
