other than ftg he doesnt have any!!! so why do i keep seeing him ranked in ppls top 5 fastest shinobi lists?? what has he done to suggest his base speed is top tier?? and plz dont mention him tagging obito he sacrificed his body to do that.
It's not hard to see that Tobirama is on Hashirama and Madara's level. Madara with 3 tomoes was recking the Alliance, if serious then he could have killed Gaara and Oonoki right there but he didn't know they were there since he was too busy showing the differences between his level compared to theirs.Tobirama killed Izuna who was equal to Madara so you can place Tobirama between MS Madara and EMS Madara.
Izuna, Tobirama, Madara and Hashirama are all on a level above Kage level as shown when Madara considered fighting the Kages as child play. Yes he had his Rinnegan on but he was just having fun. The only Rinnegan power he was really using was absorbing ninjutsus, other than that he was using his EMS jutsus (Leg Susanoo) for the most part. A Serious Madara could take the Kages with MS no doubt, Clones rush them and instead of playing, he kills them. He can probably do it with 3 tomoes via genjutsus, clones, fire jutsu, kenjutsu, wood jutsu.
Also Tobirama stated how they were brought back with "Almost" their full power so it's not like he's at full power. Plus you seem to think Kishi is actually showing his skills, None of the edo Hokages have shown close to their full power in the war, Kishi is only focused on Naruto, Sasuke, Obito and Madara and everyone knows that. Why else would Tobirama and Minato be playing supporters for the last couple chapters when they're smarter, more skilled overall, and faster? And this was before they found out about Senjutsus working on Obito. Kishi even named a chapter you're the main stars....
People need to stop overestimating Naruto and Sasuke overall, they lack the battle experiences, basic skills, and mastery over their new powers to be able to beat anyone on the higher tier.
