Well his sensory abilities aren't good that is shown when Madara eavesdrops on his and Hashiramas conversation about Hokage. He didn't sense Madara, and even says that he himself was not kneading chakra. Besides he's very hot-headed, and breakneck. The equanimity that Itachi has gives him somewhat of a minute advantage. Itachi also has spiritual weapons, susanoo, mind of a Hokage at seven, and is extremely adept at genjutsu. Im not saying Itachi would win, but imho he is favored to win at least through my eyes. Tobiramas FTG is not as deadly if Itachi can sit in one spot with susanoo, and yata mirror said "to repel all things". Or he can keep susanoo activated and facilely move around. Not to mention the totsuka seems to be able to extend great lengths and quickly at that. Then Itachi has Izanami as well..my choice is Itachi although Tobirama could also win.
