Tobirama Senju Space-time technique

When fighting Tobi, Minato said his space-time jutsu was better than his own and that of Tobirama Senju... (Could someone say which chapter this was said?)

I've been thinking, since he is a water release master, his space-time should be related to water. I think his space-time jutsu was to teleport to any water source, this could be in various forms:

-Needing to touch some water, to move to another water source;
-Needing to be submerged in water to move to another water source;
-Instantly move to some water source.

This is to much especulation but I think it kinda makes sense...

that seems retarded to me because then it would be smarter to learn a jutsu that isnt element based. also tobi has used it many times without water unless u count water vapor but thats there everywhere

maybe because jiraiya travels faster in water and with frogs so it may be related or he could just teleport with a genjutsu that tricks the mind xd

yes its a good theory, and you're not the first person who thought about it, i posted about it already a while back. after covering the battlefield in his watter its possible he sent chakra and seals throughout it and could appear at any spot , who knows, its just one theory that it could have been
