I'd go with Minato because Uzumaki seals, Dead Demon Seal, and Summoning of Gamabunta. I think that Tobirama and Minato would be equal in S/T ninjutsu, so I don't think FTG would help Minato. I believe Minato has mastered some element, because I think Kakashi said something about him wanting to add an element to Rasengan, but never got to. Although we don't know the element, that may help him. It might not, because it could be a weakness against Tobirama's water. Speaking of Rasengan, I think that Minato could combine them with one of his techniques and will give him the upper hand. So Minato is my choice, but we really need more information on Tobirama and Minato to make a better judgement.

well, I say Minato.. we don't know many about Tobirama.. we don't know how he used Edo TEnsei like orochimaru or better. we don't know what type of teleport he had.. so at this point I sday Minato is faster..

I think it depends on what edo person tobirama uses, but since I haven't seen him doing anything that convince me that he can defeat minato my vote goes for minato.

I say tobirama because I doubt tobirama would allow a seal to be put on him but if gamabuta comes out it may end differnt

As I stated before, Minato was a recreation of the 2nd Hokage but IMO was a weaker version. This fight would be relatively close, as they match each other but the 2nd Hokage has better feats.

Also, wasn't his clan known for being special in something, I don't remember?

2nd floods the area...cqc with minato ...minato summons gumabunta...2nd uses edo to summon a ninja with a summon(xd) while edo and minato fight 2nd goes for the kill...minato notices uses ftg ends up in water( battle location was flooded)...2nd uses his Sword of Thunder God in the water...:whoa:

Space–Time Barrier-absorbs any attacks mainly energy and transport it to a diff location.

(he did not master all of the Uzumaki seals, he only knew a few which he mastered. Saying Mastery is invalid.
