i dont think i can vote on this one because i could swing either way because 1st of all it depends on who tobirama edo summons then it depends on what his ST jutsu was like but because we dont have much knowledge i think i would have to say minato but because im not 100% on it i cant vote for him

Although I'm just basing that off the fact that we don't really know all that much about Tobirama.

In any case, in any of Minato's battles, speed is the deciding factor. Tobirama would have to resort to long range attacks and keep any marked kunai from getting close to him. That being said, he also has to hope that there aren't random seals placed in the battlefield.

Based on what we know i have to go with Minato.

Based on my opinion i have to go with Tobirama.

Both would have a hard time, but i think Tobirama would stand as the victor with all of hi suiton jutsu, impressive enourmous water jutsu's out of nothing, could probably easy hit away any kunai and more and protect him, like vs Hiruzen..... (just opinion)

So in my perspective Tobirama would win this high-extreme diff.

After seeing Minato today I may have to reconsider my initial thoughts...........Very even between the two so far nonetheless...................
