Tobirama did well this chapter. He is not as bad as people on the base are making him out to be as potentially his abilities, according to the history of Naruto fact, are just below that of Hashirama and Madara. Just because he has not been given much panel time does not mean he is any weaker than his previous reputation made him out to be.

However, i would not put him as Top 3 at all as Hashirama, Madara, and Obito are all more powerful Shinobi than him. Also, it's fickle that you have jumped on his nuts and tried to place him above the other theee just because he showed a couple of moves. Thats like saying if TenTen showed some OP moves she'd then be in your top three too. Fickle.
