Tobirama has nothing to defeat Kisame, Kisame has the abilities to defeat Tobirama.

I agree that it's powerful, but there are factors to the effectiveness of the attack.

Hashirama binded Obito so he couldn't get away. If Tobirama doesn't have anyone to bind for him then his opponent can escape the explosion. It is a regular explosion, and it can't be compared to a TBB or Deidara's C0.

That makes sense. It's probably best against large and slow targets like susanoo.(yes I said it)

Kisame is dfntly one of the strongest but he can't beat Tobirama....!

Kisame already admited that he can't beat some one at Jiraya's level and Tobirama is easily at Jiraya's level.....!

When it come's to fightng a Jin ,Kisame is the best...!

For example Kisame has the better chance of winning against Naruto than Tobirama.....!

I could see if this was like DBZ where you need huge attacks to be able to beat enemies, but this is Naruto. FTG + sword beats almost anybody. Once you're tagged, you're done.
