There's two options for the Kinjutsu argument:

1. Tobirama has a different jutsu.

2. Tobirama considered it as a Kinjutsu since Edo Tensei bodies use souls and leaving the body with it's only resource to hold the body, the body fades away and he loses control of the jutsu.

There may be more. But this idea is not mad.​
