It matters since anime has no value. For example, it gives Tobirama the Bringer of Darkness that Hashirama uses in the manga. And there are some stupid errors like that, that you can see all over in this manga

They are both brothers and Senju.. How is that a problem if he is able to do the same Jutsu?

I honestly haven't seen any errors that the anime adds on that the manga doesn't apply (Excluding fillers)
Otherwise Kishimoto would do something about it.
