Its true. But you know what they always say, the next generation passes the previous, so by now, Kakashi has long surpassed 2nd.
But when it comes to Madara and Hashirama, that does not apply, apparently.

And this is bullsh*t (no offense to you). Seriously, look at the manga. Sage of freaking six paths was the first shinobi to ever live, and no shinobi to this day has ever come close to his power. Even his sons, the next generation, were considerably weaker than him, each inheriting some traits from his father. Hashirama was the first hokage, and by hype he's still unmatched by any other hokage that came after him. Madara lived way back in Hashirama's era, and there was no Uchiha nearly as strong as him since then. And generally all the current kages are failures, being little mouses in comparison to their predecessors.

It matters since anime has no value. For example, it gives Tobirama the Bringer of Darkness that Hashirama uses in the manga. And there are some stupid errors like that, that you can see all over in this manga
