I'm sure anyone could learn the Rasengan if they put their mind to it. Konohamaru learned from Naruto, albeit the roundabout way.

I'm sure that many Chounin/Jounin of sufficient level, and/or promising shinobi (genin Naruto, Konohamaru) could learn the Rasengan from someone who knows it (e.g. Jiraiya) and can explain the principles behind it. :naruto:

Inventing the Rasengan is a whole different question that takes a special shinobi, someone like Minato, a genius who was like the modern era Leonardo da' Vinci of shinobi. He may not be the strongest (sorry fanboys, lol ), but damn was he ever prolific with the number of original jutsu he invented and/or jutsu that he adopted/evolved in his short tenure (Rasengan [contested in this thread], DRS, FTG, Fuuinjutsu, etc.).

It also clearly shows that those thoughts did belong to Muu in the link i gave. There is'nt any credible counter argument to this fact, even if you disagree with Tobirama inventing the rasengan. It is clearly shown that Muu was in the background, the words written were his thoughts.

its not a stupid arguement. if you took the time to think and realize that its a very valid arguement i made because it is true. it is not true all of the time but it is true and your previous examples showed that.

but in this example you give you display that a person does not have to be in the panel for his thoughts to be written, nor do the thoughts have to be in a bubble.

it is no brainer that Minatos thoughts is being displayed in the lower right panel. why? because of context. prior to those thoughts there is a panel of Minato. Minato is the focus, and Minato is using the jutsu. the thought is right after the panel of Minato. using context clues one can easily infer that words in the panel belong to Minato.

also the words are "gotta pick a safe place to let the blast detonate". who would say that? well if you look at all the panels prior to that panel you see Minato, Minato is using a jutsu to what it appears to absorb the blast Kyuubi shot (prior pages). when we witness the events that are occuring with Minato using his jutsu and we read "gotta pick a safe place..." and in the background we see an explosion, common sense will tell us that "oh minato teleported the tbb and those words are his thoughts"

again if we use context we can easily see that Minato is saying the bubbless words. why? because the whole flashback is being told from Minatos point of view. the 2nd panel, left upper hand, we see Minato is in the panel and the speech of his thoughts begin. his thoughts carry on throughout the whole page from there even in a panel with Tobi, but we know its still Minato because the thoughts matches with Minatos chracter and is a continuation of the speech that started in the upper left hand corner with a pic of Minato himself.

So if two characters are in the panel this means the thoughts being written can't be theirs unless its a bubble? Are you that dumb?

anyways the whole chapter is from the point of view of Minato so of course the words are his. Minato is trying to figure out the mysterious character that is Tobi. all of these examples of ch 502 do not compare of that of Muu because 502 is clear on who is saying the bubbles words.

you are ignoring that 502 is about Minato, hell even he even covered the first page! the main character throughout that chapter is Minato, he is the focus, and the words are easy to figure that he is saying them because they reflect Minato trying to figure a way to beat Tobi.

Look carefully at the right of that panel at the bottom where Minato's thoughts are written. That's a side shot of Tobi, you can see the outlines of his mask.

So 2 characters are in one pic, and one of the characters(Minato in this case) is thinking something that is'nt in a bubble.

In the page i linked it just said rasengan, not Rasenryuugan or Rasenkyuugan which were the new types of rasengan. It would have given the new rasengan's name ifd that were the case, kishi has done this before when Naruto fought the zetsu clones.
