Can you reply with a better sentence of this one
"First about the third hokage...well he didnt say many things take example of the naruto's family..he didnt say naruto were his family lived..so do we consdier that he knew were are they or just ignored things that it would not effect on any body."
I'm not asking to be insulting or rude, I just really couldn't read and understand it
as for your second sentence, why would Kishi tell us that there were four people facing off if we could see that there clearly was? Answer: It's just an authors note. Ask Kishi why he put the two notes there, I'm not him so I can't answer on his behalf, but they were notes, that's why they're written the same way, you can't argue against that logic. Anyways I don't understand what you wrote about Hiruzen, but if you mean he's not friends with Minato's family, they were close friends since Minato was the Hokage, and why wouldn't everyone know stuff about Minato, they all knew he created the Rasengan, if he didn't it would be written that Tobirama did, or Hiruzen would have said Minato learned it from him, rather than sit back and let Minato take credit for it, anyways there's also a page somewhere that Minato showed Jiraiya the Rasengan when he was first developing it.

as you said it developed..not created maybe he had the first uncomplete version of the real one which 2nd could not complete it? i mean 2nd wasnt having time and he looks that he was killed young...that not my point
my theory is that the 2nd created it and he didnt tell any body about it and used it for first time against muu but then dead after few days in that mission and maybe there was scrolls that 2nd left which minato found it and he completed the jutsu?

i guess that what ishi wanted to say he wanted to make us feel excited for the next fight..
That was the first page of the chapter that I linked, not the last. So it wouldn't create much excitement since we'd have 17 pages of exactly what the note was about to start the chapter off.

and all good, please don't feel like I'm trying to make it a non-chill thread, I dislike when threads get tense haha so I wouldn't do anything to disrupt the feel of it. Just replying with information on my part of it.

Ok i just skimmed through all the responses, i'd just like to point out a few things people:
1. We the reader can clearly tell that it was a rasengan that Naruto was forming, kishi does'nt need to write that down for us as its obvious.
2. Kishi would'nt have wrote something like that. He would have said something more on the lines of ' Naruto's rasengan strikes!!!' NOT 'this imperfect rotation....its the rasengan' that very clearly sounds like the thing a person who's facing it would say as it describes the techniques characteristics.

I've already gave a reply to something similar.
In the link that I posted, Kishi makes a note that says there are four ninja facing each other, when clearly us being the readers can see four people facing each other, so there was no need for the note but it was there anyways. This Mu scene just so happens to be the same case.

Dude just read the link i gave in the OP, its written this imperfect rotation...its the rasengan.
There's no way kishi would feel the need to describe the rasengan like that to us the reader at this stage of the manga.
EDIT: and even if there are'nt chracter bubbles and its just written like that it can and often still is a character's thoughts. Here' one example:

No need to respond in such a serious tone, that was a close up, had he have put a bubble there you wouldn't have been able to see half of the characters faces.
Either way every bit of logic points to the fact that Tobirama did not make Rasengan, Minato did. As well as Minato was the first person to use it, otherwise Hiruzen would have said so and probably would have known the technique as well, since he was trained by both the Senju brothers, and knew every one of the Hokage's even Tsunade, yet he never objected to Minato creating the Rasengan, and Jiraiya had never seen it until Minato showed him the technique.

That's also Tobi thinking, it is'nt a close by any means and there is no bubble.
Ok there's no proof Tobirama could use the rasengan i admit but then answer this: How did Muu manage to recognize the rasengan tech in the 1st place?

It's not even close to being legit that Mu even said that. As I said before, it was just a note left by Kishi, or to be more in your favor, it was Kabuto's thoughts, but Mu's thoughts? No.. it wasn't Mu's thoughts. So there is your answer, that's like me saying Minato created the Edo Tensei.

the reason the narrator notes the rasengan is because it is the Planetary Rasengan. a new jutsu at the time that Naruto had revealed for the first time. no one has ever witnessed Naruto using this technique so that is why Kishi has made a note of it by stating "this distored rotation... its the rasengan"
yes we may know what the rasengan is already cuz we have seen it a mill times already but it was the first time seeing it in the form that Naruto had made it agaisnt Muu, hence why the narrative note was made.
once again, Muu did not say that, it was a note from Kishi or the narrator......

Well as the others said, it is most likely a not.. as this was a NEW type of rasengan that we hadn't seen before ... Tho I must say Kishi has been creating some MAJOR plot holes throughout this arc.... so who knows...
