I say he has as much chakra as Kisame + Samehada

while maintaining Red Sun Barrier, he(Tobirama) managed to created 2 clones while enhance Hashirama(SM Hashirama) managed to created about 6 clones.

I guess in base while maintaining the barrier, Hashi could create about 3/4 clones which mean it could be Tobirama's charka reserve is around 50 to 60% of Hashi's reserve.

Remember that Hashirama made clones before to battle Madara. I think it was like 8 clones. And i dont think he is that close to Hashirama because he also has Ashura's chakra.

And before anyone lynches me for Sasuke or Madara's score, this stat is primarily taking into account raw stamina and quantity, not quality. We all know Madara and Sasuke's Uchiha blood means they have especially potent chakra, needing less chakra to achieve similar results.

That is only because she is constantly using a jutsu, so a portion is cut off, similarly to when Sakura was storing her seal , tonirama was only shown as a edo , tsunade having more chakra than him is highly logical

It means he was gifted with a lot chakra. With more chakra, then more stronger, not that he can do more with less.

The only chakra enhancement are sennin mode and rikudous chakra which is when you wake a rinnegan.
