Well we saw in the fight with Kurama he managed to teleport Kurama away from the village and it says that Kurama at full power is the size of a peninsula ..That is draining of chakra in it's self..So yes I believe Tobirama and Minato have huge chakra reserves .

Because they could easily be interrogated or have their memory read and then everyone would know the tech...

Not exactly. if you have good chakra control you do use less chakra. Mei probally just ran out of chakra because she was using two different keke genkai. Acid release and Lava release would probally drain much more chakra than water release alone

Large? Minato has GIGANTIC reserves.

Just look at how many times he used FTG the night Naruto was born and how he teleported a bijuudama and the kyuubi, after that sealing the Kyuubi with RDS and the trigrams seal.

I'd dare say he's one of the strongest chakra wise.

it's a S level jutsu, too complicated for one of them average ninja to handle all of it, that's why 3 people are involved.

Kurama is a little bigger than Bunta so it's like summoning Bunta another time and half, I believe Danzo's summoning was bigger, possibly.

Because it does not take alot of chakra. Minato has good chakra reserves, they are not gigantic. The bigger the 'thing' being teleported the more chakra is consumed. That is a plausable theory. FTG in general takes little chakra too use.

Exactly, it doesn't take up that much chakra.

I doubt it has anything to do with chakra capacity. I suspect that the chakra control of Genma and co simply isn't on the same level as Yondaime and/or Nidaime. They're not skilled enough to use it individually, so are required to band together as a unit in order to employ the Flying Thunder God technique.

That said, i'm sure both users have excellent chakra reserves. Tobirama by virtue of his lineage; Minato as a result of his feats on the night of Naruto's birth.
