Tobimamara's Death!?

As we seen lately Hashimara and Tobimamara are being refer as extremely powerful shinobi! Well I was wondering in the circumstances that Tobimamarad died wasn't exactly a way he should of die!
He went up against 20 Kumo ninja know as the Kinkaku Force and sacrifice himself to save the rest of his comrades! Well among those was Hiruzen, Danzo and 4 others! My question is, there were 7 of them a Hokage and two of then where probably ready to be Hokages as Hiruzen was given tge tittle, WASN'T THAT ENOUGH TO TAKE ON THE KINKAKU FORCE!! ??

I'm Guessing he didn't want to Risk it.

If he, Hiruzen and the rest of the squad had died, the village would have no Hokage and be vulnerable to attack by other villages.

Bear in mind that both kinkaku and Ginkaku can use 6 Tails TBV2 and if they were present at that incident, i can see why tobirama died. Also, it was 40 elite jounin...not your average fodder.

Danzo had no Sharingan, Hiruzen was not at the peak of his power because he was like under 20 years old, Kagami just had a normal 3-tomoe Sharingan, and Torifu, Homura and Koharu don't seem very special. Tobirama had just fought and presumably killed Kin/Gin alongside Nidaime Raikage who died, so he was bound to be nearly out of chakra and everything else, and the Kinkaku members were Kakashi level in terms of skill, and presumably fully charged and ready to fight.

The risk was too much, he wanted to make sure that his students would be safe, because thats the kind of guy Tobirama was.

I am guessing Tobirama was low on chakra because I assume this is after his encounter with Gin and Kin. I am hoping Kishi shows how he died.
