Its doesn't matter. He holds the power and DNA of Uchiha, Senju, and the Sage (Rinnegan). He could be part of anyone of those Clans or he could be just a regular ninja from one of the Five Great Villages (Mainly Konoha).

He's someone to be known as Madara Uchiha, someone who needed fame and 'power' like Sharingan,Teleportion,Hashirama cells,Zetsus,and etc. This 'Tobi' is from Konoha I'm sure of it..I think he wants to kind of fufill Madaras goal..

Tobi hasn't used his MS because it would ruin his identification. If he used it, Kishi would draw the panel of his eyes activating a MS jutsu. his eyes would reveal who he is. If his eyes were the same as Shisui's MS..then he's shisui (just using shisui as an example) if his MS is revealed and his eyes are not any of the MS we've seen. All tobi theories would go to a waste. that's why kishi hasn't shown his MS. I'm sure he has MS but doesn't use it.

He's also a very powerful 3 tomoe sharingan user. MS hasn't been needed for him (so far)

i think he used uchiha and senju cells to integrate them into his body and that he's some miserable person without hope and doesn't want to be anyone. he told everybody he was madara and was going to do the moons eye plan, he was gonna revive madara and have madara do the infinite tsukuyomi if it wasn't for kabuto reviving madara everybody would have thought he was madara and no one would know his name.

But he didn't. that's the thing lol, he's a powerful 3 tomoe user. Plus...what if he did use MS but kishi didn't reveal his eyes doing it. remember how it was just a sudden thing? He appeared behind Konan after the explosion. He could of used MS during the explosion but just for the sake of keeping Tobi's ID a secret; Kishi didn't draw his MS.
