1) Minato was to Fast for Tobi's S/T jutsu, Tobi couldn't Suck him in even if he wanted to. Also we don't know if he had Izanagi back then.
It wouldn't help him anyway, He could only use Izanagi once (unless he wanted to go blind in both eyes). It was Over when Minato marked him.
Minato would of Killed him without much trouble after Tobi had been marked.

2) Minato Fanboys or not, Tobi lost, It's as simple as that.
