Tobi vs the six paths of pain

I for one think that pain is the strongest villain naruto will face but tobi seems to be the last villain so I was wondering who's stronger tobi has the rinnegan and sharingan with no 6 paths since we're going from base power (he got the six paths from nagatos power) but I will give him rinnegan to even it out neither can use gedo mazo since they both control it who wins?

dont forget that pain was under tobis controll so i guess hes a lot stronger than any villain already known

Yes but only because he manipulated him and he was easily swayed by pain just because he did that doesn't mean he's stronger

Rinnegan without six paths? THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. Then it will be just a fancy eye power, just for show. How you intend to use the powers of rinnegan without the paths. I dont understand..:shrug:

Well obviously since nagato and the so6p used it without the paths u can use it like that

Apart from tangability, what are Tobi's powers :S I know he has the Sharingan and the Rinnegan, but I am not fully convinced he can use all the abilities

Like He can't use the 6 jinchuriki but he can use the 6 paths power does that help
