Tobi seems to not be phased much by Naruto's stubborn increases in power and thwarting his plans, he just seems a little annoyed and forced to work harder then he would've expected...kinda like

it's hard to say since we dont know what else tobi has hidden up his sleeve. hopefully in the next chapter we will find out more about his powers!
