Tobi Vs Madara

forget the title, its not a versus thread but madara can use rinnegan yet he has to activate it and use its power only. i was thinking maybe tobi is at an advantage due to one eye is rinnegan and the other is sharingan, which might indicate he can use both at the same time. eg: activate susanoo while using deva path or something. (not saying he can activate susanoo, just giving an example)

Madara would win going by what we have seen so far. Madara has EMS and Rinnegan, the full strenght in both eyes, can combine techniques.

Tobi has normal Sharingan and Rinnegan, one in each eye which could mean that he only has half of the strenght at least Rinnegan-wise.

Tobi would most likely win because he has Gedou Mazo which is perfectly valid since it is a part of his power now. But maybe Madara can control it too.

Well all we've really seen so far from Tobi is the whole intangibility thing so we can't really tell who's got the better set of eye techniques. Madara's pretty badass right now but we still haven't seen what Tobi can do.

Tobi isnt Madara, he doesnt even have MS, what MS user would not have activated his MS (amaterasu etc) against someone, even once? He wont be using Susanoo anytime soon!

I think thay are evenly matched, Madara has a more complete doujutsu power he has EMS and Rinnegan full strenght in both eyes and regeneration, super area of effect attacks like meteor.

Tobi has only a normal sharingan in one eye and Rinnegan in other, he can most likely only access half of Rinnegan power and it is just a normal sharingan, however he can use teleportation, intangibility and Izanagi as well, supposedly if you are sucked into his eye you are done. Now even with this Madara would win because of his massive attacks but here enter Gedou Mazo to balance things out, so they are equal.

With the paths Tobi may pull a barely win, but I dont count the paths as Tobi's own power, Gedou Mazo I do count it, unless it is revealed Madara can control it too.

yeah sorry guys, i was wrong.(had to read the last chapter again) but madara had susanoo activated while he was using rinnegan. i think tobi may have MS coz you need MS to control the kyuubi right?(i think)_

gedo mazo is controlled by rinnegan, so wouldnt that mean madara can control it?

Tobi's power increase gradually, Tobi isnt the villain who just sit in a throne at his full power level and awaits for the hero to defeat him, his power has increased through the series, so no, he souldnt be stronger just because he is final villain, because his power will increase again. At the end of the manga yes, he will be the strongest character alive bar Naruto when he becomes RS but prior to that he can be weaker than 1 or several people.

For example Tobi before he got the Rinnegan was possibly at Pain level, there are number of characters that should be stronger than him for example Minato who proved to be and obviously Madara. Now he has the Rinnegan he is solidly stronger than Minato and may or may not be equal to Madara, Kabuto at full power should still be stronger than him.

It is irrelevant because he will get a new power-up which is most likely the Juubi, then he will be the strongest character ever on par with RS.
