-Can use Gedou Maza easily, which is pretty damn strong
-Pretty big amount of chakra (can control 5 tailed beats and keeps sharingan activated at all times, can stay intangible for a long time)
-Has the power of seven bijuus with him (IN Gedo Maza, not six paths)
-Probably more powers we haven't seen
-Embedded with Senju/Zetsu cells
-Extremely powerful genjutsu (can kill with it)
-Seems to be pretty strong physically

Kakashi and Guy
-Kakashi is extremely smart and analytical
-Kakashi has Kamui using his MS
-Kakashi has a base 3-tomoe Sharingan also
-Kakashi has over 1,000 jutsus
-Kakashi probably can use all elements
-Kakashi is skilled in Ninjutsu
-Kakashi is pretty good at Taijutsu
-Guy is decently smart, I guess
-Guy can open all gates, but note that he'll die if he opens 8, and they do a lot of damage to his body
-Guy is very fast and strong
-Guy is extremely good at Taijutsu
-Both can probably work well together


So who wins? Tobi, or Kakashi and Guy?

I'd think that Kakashi and Guy do stand some sort of a chance. When Tobi goes in to hit Kakashi, Guy uses the speed of 7 gates to hit Tobi when he materializes.

Plus, Guy and Kakashi probably are good with teamwork....but I still say Tobi wins.
