I would say sasuke with iternal mangekyou would defeat both..because even the nine tails told that sasuke's sharingan is powerful as madara's...so iternal sharingan woule even more powerful

I'd say Madara/Tobi. Itachi didn't know everything up Madara's sleeve or that Ama that he sealed within Sasuke would've taken him down. I think Itachi would put up a hell of a fight though

amaterasu doesent work on madara for what ever reason
susanoo wouldent be able to touch him with his space time jutsu
As for tsukuyomi he most likely has some trick for that too

itachi's low stamina would be his downfall
