, end of the first paragraph. The last "Uchiha" word links to Tobi's page. This happened in chapter 364 but Itachi actually said "He's not dead yet... and besides...", then on the panel below we see "the storm... has passed."

If we were to believe narutopedia, Tobi is an Uchiha. If we were not, then we should keep guessing!

Even if Itachi believed he wasn't the only Uchiha survivor due to Tobi, we aren't for certain he's aware Tobi isn't actually Madara. Tobi himself didn't start calling himself Madara until Minato guessed that he might be him. After that it appears Tobi rolled with the idea because posing as Madara gave him notoriety. To answer someone else, Itachi seemed like he had his sharingan on all the time but he didn't. All of the true Uchihas have it on only when they're ready to put it to use. They don't leave theirs activated "just because." It'd be about as awkward as Neji and Hinata walking around having Byakugan activated for no reason.

He's most likely an Uchiha...either that or he has massive chakra. Note that he keeps his 3-tomoe activated at all times, and a non-Uchiha like Kakashi can't manage that. Its either due to the Senju DNA, massive chakra, or he's Uchiha.

He's most likely an Uchiha...either that or he has massive chakra. Note that he keeps his 3-tomoe activated at all times, and a non-Uchiha like Kakashi can't manage that. Its either due to the Senju DNA, massive chakra, or he's Uchiha.

He admitted to having senju DNA in his body just like Danzo. He likely does have massive chakra like Nagato to be able to control the jinchuuriki bodies with chakra rods.

no it is not a good point...jesus christ, does this guy REALLY think tobi's name is nagato? are you people crazy? he was talking about ****ing nagato, as in pain? the same person naruto fought? my god, where the hell would you get the idea he was talking about tobi's name, and that he would for some reason have the same name as pain/nagato.

also, sasuke's mom didn't know exactly WHEN kushina was giving birth, she did not tell her anything about it. plus we don't know how much time passed between her talking to sasuke's mom and her giving birth...it's not like labor happens instantly just because she got to the place. plus sasukes mom would have absolutely no idea WHERE kushina was giving birth either. it was a top TOP secret birth, the only people in the entire village that knew where it was was the 3rd hokage, minato, the couple of anbu black ops that were there guarding the entrance, and the two people inside helping kushina give birth. that's it, no one else. she couldn't have possibly known where she was going.

Ok I hate to rain on your parade(theory) but Sasuke has seen Madara's face and I am pretty sure he would know it was his dad when Tobi took off his mask remember when the amaterasu Itachi implanted went off upon seeing Madara's face and sharingan so nope sorry impossible.

Why not? This would add yet another beautiful twist to the long winding ride the naruto saga is taking us on. Tobi has to hide his for some reason. and this is the last logical one that I can come up with. Why wouldn't he just kill sasuke or itachi and take their eyes? He knew Itachi was a trader to his evil team, why let him live?

just for the record for ur theory: minato (naruto's dad) owned tobi (sasuke's dad).. n naruto will own sasuke xd..

why else would he let Tobi live for so long...

Before Madara fought Hashirama, he somehow deciphered what was written on the Uchiha stone tablets. He discovered that in order to control the 10 tails, he would need the same power that the sage of six paths had (he was the one who split the 10 tails in the first place). He determined that in order to obtain that power, he would need to reawaken the rinnegan. That is why he fought Hasirama (1st Hokage)...in order to discover how to awaken it. Madara knew that even if successful, he likely would not live long enough to execute his plan. This is where Tobi comes in. Tobi is a copy of Madara (his mind and power) and is somehow also immortal. Tobi's body was orignally Kagami Uchiha. Before Madara fought Hashirama, he instructed Tobi how to resurrect the Rinnegan. He needed someone with the ability to develop the Rinnegan and informed Tobi the location of where the boy would be born (ended up being Nagato). This is why Madara, after being resurrected by Kabuto thought that Nagato had done it and said, "looks like he has gorwn up". He found out that Tobi did not carry out all his plans and apparently has developed his own plan (moon eye). Itachi was aware of this, but never knew of the origins of Tobi. Danzo was also aware. Minato knew the attack on the the hidden leaf when Naruto was born was the work of Madara (his power).
Amazing huh? This is only in the next 6 chapters. There is more to come (mainly the fight between Naruto and Tobi as well as Sasuke). I do not know yet whether Sasuke will change sides, but clearly he has been swayed by Tobi up to this point. My guess is that Sasuke and Naruto will fight with Sasuke discovering the truth too late.

And for those of you who doubt this info. I happen to live in Japan and a friend of mine works for SJ magazine. (publsiher for Naruto). This is inside info. I did leave out some details, which you can pick up within the next 6 chapters.

I swear to God if this info is made up you should be stoned to death. It likely is based on how retarded it sounds. You claim Tobi is Kagami with Madara's mind so why the f*ck would Madara need to instruct something that thinks like him and why would it stray from his plans. Altogether why the hell would they need Kagami to begin with out all of the hundreds of Uchihas. Kagami will always be a useless background character in my eyes until proven wrong. He was just one of the many Uchihas who lived in that era who just happened to be on the same team as Danzo and Sarutobi, nothing more. All your spoiler is, is sh*t we already know with bits and pieces tweaked with your assumption as to what happened. Its about as reliable as hotline fortune telling.
