he's anything you want him to be; I think that's what kishi is trying to show us like he is the embodiment of evil or something (he has no real face but a mask on to show that anybody is capable of this) xd

Ok, so i just replied to this thread and didn't read any posts so I don't know if anyone said this before me.
There are a couple of things we need to take into account when solving this mystery!
First: Since Tobi has his sharingan activated 24/7 since his "true" identity was revealed, we can assume that he is part of the uchiha clan.
Second: When kabutomaru confronted Tobi on joining forces, he referred to him as Madara, when he knew that he had the real one in the casket.
- BUT! Later when he is talking to the real Madara he referrs to tobi as the "fake" Madara.
FIIIIIIIIIIIIIINAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL SUMMATION:
We can assume that he is from the uchiha, unless he somehow has god's, SO6P and the Juubi's chakra supply, together! But there is also a slight possibility that he can be a weak replica of the real Madara, (zetsu kinda?)
OR he is someone like Izuna, which i personally doubt for some reason! xdxd

i understant your point......and knowing kishi.....it could be anything.....but kisame new tobi's face because when they got back on kisame's past he saw that the mizukage was being controlled by tobi probably told kisame that he is madara just like he told everybody else...and the part that tobi said that rinnegan was his in the first place is because right before the end of hashirama and madara's fight....madara's eyes went rinnegan and because madara's eyes was izuna's in the first place...tobi cant be madara unless like you say he invented tobi or something

Tobi could be an Uchiha or not, we don't know yet.
But the fact you pointed out above only strenghtens the theory that he's not.

Kabuto knows that he's not the real Madara, but to show Tobi that he wont let this information out, he referrs to him as Madara.

Nuuu, that only feeds the theory that he's a non-Uchiha. The Uchiha's can activate their Sharingan at will, meaning that they can turn it on and off. But if the Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, like Kakashi, it's always activated and it drains your chakra pretty easily.
That's why Kakashi wears his hitai ate over it when he's not using it.
Tobi could be an Uchiha or not, we don't know yet.

in my opinion, tobi is madara's brother - Izuna. why? okay so, madara took Izuna's eyes. So far so good. Then he and Hashirama "created Konoha". Then they had this huge fight. but he didn't die. Madara said that he got the rinnegan right before he died. okay, so we all know that the rinnegan has the power to revive people, true? okay, so what if madara revived his own brother, implanted in him a sharingan and rinnegan? It seems plausible as madara implanted the rinnegan in nagato. if you look back to the manga chapter where "tobi" tells sasuke the truth about itachi, he ALMOST takes his mask off. we do get to see a part of his face, and he looks old. so maybe it is a possibility that "tobi" is madara's brother.

or maybe tobi actaully is madara, i am 70 percent sure that it isnt, but kisame saw the real madara when he controlled yagura, and then saw tobis face and recognized him as madara, so by that argument it would be extremely possible that tobi is madara

becasue it has been shown that he just as skilled at madara just one step behind becasue he was younger?
having said that it would make sence becasue he would probly be the only person madara would trust with his plans.
i dont think tobi is an uchiha and his sharingan are implanted (just what i think)
izuna was shown dead (madara could have brought him back with rinnegan yes) but if he is izuna why does he need to steal nagatos rinnegan since he has both dna in him why can he not awaken it himself?

i dont post here often nor do i ever make threads.. But i felt like posting something about this because i posted on a thread my opinion and theory but then the new chap came out an the topic got closed so no1 seen it or replied.
Idc if u like or beleive it or agree.. i would like others opinions and foresight as to why this is?
Anywho my supporting details is about tobi being izuna..
Its about kabuto/oro and the Edo Tensei.
now that the 4th ninja war is upon us we see an ARMY of immortal edo tensei soldiers.. now ALL these ninjas are GREAT past shinobi.. kabuto has stated he seeked out the MOST powerful and reveered shinobi throughout time.. he has previous kages except for 1st n 2nd but they did have till they got sealed up.. He EVEN HAS MADARA UCHIHA! He didnt get shisui bc itachi made sure the body was gone but stated he wanted him..
Now my question is kabuto never even mentions or acknowledges izuna/?? why not? if izuna was on par with madara basically just a step behind him in all aspects wouldnt he be a ideal candidate to bring back?? And he never mentions him!! NEVER! and if you notice when hes talking to edo-madara he speaks of *HIM* i knew *HIS* plans and well obviously kabtuo knows who tobi really is.. so it makes perfectly logical sense that kabuto wouldnt attempt to get izunas dna or try to even bring it up at all throughout the series because he is alive in tobi.. I mean why not get izuna if hes supposedly legitly dead?? not like he probably couldnt get his dna he got madaras.. And i think thats why kishi HARDLY ever brings up izuna in the series dont want to many ppl thinkn about him. So this is just something i've thought of and its personally just cements my opinion on tobi being izuna. and he has long since forgot his name thats why he goes by nobody.
I know this isnt the prettiest or the most grammaticly correct lol I wrote it quick and just want others opinions.. thanks guys
