Obito is seen and confirmed dead by Kishi.
Obito character has only been shown in the Manga/Anime as a "Filler" character or back story for Kakashi to show how he obtain Sharingan.
Have any one provide any proof that Obito could be Tobi besides using irrelevant facts such as traits? I want to know facts such as comments made by Tobi, characters reaction when they come face-to-face with Tobi (ei. Kakashi and/or Minato), and references or links from the Manga that could add support.
If their is any proof in the next upcoming Manga Chapters that convice me that Obito is "Tobi," than I would consider that he is, but until then, Obito is dead.

Plus Tobi just awakened his Sharingan. How is it possible from Obito to get from 1 tome to EMS in like a few months plus be taller, knowing space/time jutsu and such..
Nagato was given the Rinnegan by Madara or Tobi he didn't awaken it.

further thought on a tobi theory
one of the theories of tobi's identity which has been lurking around is the theory of him being kagami uchiha ( which if you don't know who he is, is one of hiruzen sarutobi's former team members who appeared in the manga where hiruzen was appointed hokage)
the points made by people for evidence as to tobi being kagame were:
1. the age of tobi when his face has partially been revealed is reasonably old equal to the look of danzo who is of the same age.
2. kagame was not present when people were trying to hold back the nine tails ( it showed hiruzen and all his former team mates excluding danzo and kagami)
3. he has to be an uchiha or have been experimented on like danzo because his use of the sharingan is extensive and he does not seem to get exhausted from the use of it which non uchiha do
but in recent mangas i feel like more evidence has been revealed to help this theory.
now the real madara has been resurected he seems aware of the plan and the plan of the infinite tsukuyomi and they all refer using pro nouns so it suggests they all know who each other is. so here comes my theory:
when madara was alive, he had taken on a young uchiha as a disciple ( possibly kagami) and taught him everything he knew and shared with him his ideals and they divised a plan. this is how tobi knew how to summon the kyubi and knew the seal was weakest at birth because madara was his teacher and madara knew all of this. another reason why i think it is kagami is because if hiruzen is old enough to have had the 1st hokage as a teacher that means kagami is old enough to have madara as a teacher.
anyway that is my progression on the theory
im not absolutely sure tobi is kagami no one can be but hey its nice to speculate every now and then.
anyway if you have read this i appreciate it and if you disagree feel free to i like to see other peoples views
