Just an idea while connecting the dots inbetween, I still believe that Tobi is the 10 tails manifestation in a human body (Uchiha,Uzumaki,Senju, doesn't really matter) I just find this pretty interesting ^_^

iUnderstand what yure saying that since both of their eyes reacted. And who knows, It says after shisui gave itachi his eyes he disappeared.

Here's the thing, I was reading the manga books and he (Tobi) had mentioned that Itachi had rigged the Amatarasu to activate when it saw his (Tobi/Madara 2's) sharingan. If you think about it, there wasn't anyone else around that area at the time with a sharingan that wanted to get a hold of Saskue except Tobi, so the booby trap went off on his ass. I think if he had ran into Kakashi's it would have went off on him for the simple fact that the bird with the genjutsu wasn't ment for Itachi! It was planned for Saskue!..... But then again I think he said that it was set to work on his (Itachi's) eyes that he assumed Saskue would have.... But if Saskue had his eyes that would have ment that he had met Tobi/Madara2 and had them put in which would mean that he knew the trap wouldn't work? wtf....

Danzo's boys got a hold of his ass and took it (the other eye, he only gave Itachi one! (no joke) then Danzo started sporting it (under wraps) under bandages

Well the crow was the ultimate backup plan for Itachi. Also the trap he set on Sasuke for Tobi was meant to that Tobi couldn't get to close to him, and take his eye's without getting burnt.
Good point with the Kakashi thing though.

There's another problem tho that my little cousin just saw.... when Itachi sealed Orochimaru a little snake dropped and slithered between the rocks scot free! I just saw that....

Thanks, and that's true.... here's the problem with Tobi and the eyes of Saskue... if Tobi turns out to be Obito that'd be intresting. You see, when Itachi explained how Madara got the eternal Mangkeyo he mentioned that they eyes had to be from a close member in the clan for it to work. Tobi obviously had a bunch of Sharingan eyes (seeing as he handed them out to the summoned dead ex-hosts) but he never tried to implant one on himself... why?

wow...i really really really suspect shisui has to come into play more somehow into this manga....all of a sudden we are findng out things about him and everything itachi says in the chapter is so interesting...almost like it makes perfect sense that tobi could be shisui or just shisui's body....maybe this person is shisui's body taken over..he "erased" his existance so that no one could fight over his eyes but what if somehow tobi was using his body...im not sure what point that would serve but anyways i think this means something! great job!!

but yeah...Byakugan's power has not been fully revealed by Kishi yet...so there is a remote possibility that what you said might be true...so we will wait and watch and read...until then its just a theory....

it looked the same because itachi rigged the same jutsu on both eyes. and amaterasu on sasuke's to react to tobi, and a kotoamatsuki on the crow to react to itachi's ms

I guess the only issue with this the tailed beasts.Since they are his chakra and mind that wouldnt explain how juubi managed to have any free will at all to call any shots.

This thoery to me implies the tailed beast are the ones wanting to gather up as they are juubi. Or at least very clevely have given shinobi world a false sense of security that if they gather their powers they can control it.


I doubt hes the juubi, I think its more likely that tobi is the so6p older son if anything.
