Also, Naruto's birth happened a couple of years before Shisui's death. If Shisui had Hashirama or Madara DNA implanted into himself before Naruto's birth it would have been noticed in the many years that followed. Because shisui's didn't have any covered up body parts of himself like Danzo did. So thats virtually impossible as well.
Edit: Plus, Shisui still had his own eyes during Naruto's birth. Tobi, on the other hand had the same Sharingan he currently has/had. Tobi and Shisui's sharingan's are definitely not the same sharingans.
I'm talking about the event that took place right after Naruto's birth. The only thing the Kyuubi said was "YOU...!". He never said that Tobi was Madara or anything about Tobi's identity for that matter. The only thing that can be deduced from that event is that the Kyuubi managed to recognize Tobi with his mask on. And he did so after spending many years imprisoned in a jinchuuriki. Which means that Tobi is really old. Too old to be Shisui.

izuna has been my first choice all along if tobi wasnt a clone. Tobi did tell sasuke about the whole eye switching, he seems to a lot of the same thing that edo madara knows even up to nagato only deffference has that madara was expecting to be resurrected thru using the renningan not edo tensei so it seems someone doubble crossed madara. Sound like something a jealous brother would do.

Where as everyone in the village knows Izuna died, so if his body went missing from his Grave no one would know unless they went Grave Robbing lol and found a missing body in Izuna's grave

Lol Yes, and how Tobi said he gave Nagato the Rinnegan. Hes not lying he actually did since its his eyes combined with madara's that form the Rinnegan and EMS! And how Tobi says he can take it back since its rightfully his. Its his lol because of his eyes like stated above

and tobi said that danzo boasted an "incomplete", form of hashirama's cells, tobi may not even have a huge face or something, I mean look at yamato, he doesn't. and that same eye that you are talking about was a 3 tomoe sharingan, it's hard to tell whose eye it even was, I mean it's not like it turned into a mangyeko or something.

Funny because whenever I see a Tobi is this person Thread they state the same Facts/opinions as someone else has done already. I stated some new facts/opinions on how Tobi is Izuna. And I read a lot of Tobi is this person threads becuz its always in the Manga section every week.

also if you look closely he has a greater number of eyelashes than izuna so that's a no go too.
and his pupil is 0.3 of a fraction smaller.
