Why havnt people think about this? Here it come...:
1) I mean REALLY!! Why would he want to conceal his face if he claims to be 'Madara' or 'Izuna' or 'Obito'? every1 know they's face so why hide it? And here is somethng interesting....the only other face that kishi hasnt shown in the manga is that of the SAGE of 6 paths! SO6P is always shown as a dark face with two Rinnegans....and if the trend of this 4th world war is followed....every character kishi has mentioned uptil now has made an appearance...and that means the sage of six paths will make an appearance too.
2) Also proof is that tobi mentions to Kabuto that the rinnegan eyes were his to begin with.. And he tells to Konan that he gave the eyes to nagato! why did he do that? coz he wanted nagato to eventually use the outer samsara technique some time in the future! (it is mentioned in the manga..he says so himself...it was tobi's plan for nagato but naruto spoiled that plan).
3) So why is the SO6P back in this masked form? Bcoz he is disillusioned that there is no real peace in this ninja world inspite of him and his future generations trying their utmost to bring forth peace. If you notice....in the manga.... tobi never really had any ideals for peace....he never strived for it and was a war monger....its so totally out of character for him to have an ultimate ambition now to bring about peace with an Infinite Tsukyomi....Peace is rather the ideal of the SO6P...and the infinite tsukyomi looks lyk just the kind of hax jutsu that the SO6P would come up with!!
4) So why did this masked man create Akatsuki? (he mentions to Konan that he made Yahiko create Akatsuki!)
to regain back all the tailed beasts chakra. To become the jinchuriki of the ten tailed beast once again and to bring forth peace in another way!(moons eye).
Obito didnt start with rinnegan, either Izuna etc. Do comment!

he's not the so6p, the sage died sometime after he sent the juubi's body to the sky as the moon. tobi he had proof to fool itachi he was madara, not anybody else. proven that he isn't madara since he's beeen revived with edo, "a shell of him former self" said by itachi shows that tobi is weaker than prime madara who is revived. the s06p only lost his life not power & doesn't need to seek power because he is dead.

bare in mind the so6p is written on the stone in the uchiha hideout (that's how oro & kabuto found out about the sage & the moons eye plan) not a myth. but, why would the so6p need to go through all this trouble (starting a war) to claim the bijuu in which he divided in the first place to maintain peace? why would he need help at all? see my point now?

Re: OK, here is Tobi's real identity.
Edo tensei gives the person all his techniques and all his body parts back and intact, otherwise it would be useless as most people who died, died with big injuries. Madara probably did lose his eye after using Izanagi, but he died shortly after so it doesn't matter.

Why?
1.You guys think he died,but really this was a zetsu clone.Itachi couldn't notice the difference in their chakra and thought it was his father. Same way zetsu replaced Kisame when he was fighting bee, the body didn't change back to zetsu's form for a long time.
2.He cares about sasuke too much, he was even going to show his face to him. Why would he show it to sasuke? because only he would recognize it.
3.He helped itachi kill the uchiha clan because he cared too much about itachi and knew he couldn't handle the mission by himself and would most likely die.
4.He knew exactly when naruto was about to be born because Kushina told his wife and of course she told him that this was his chance.
5.He fits the age
6.He was the leader of the uchiha's and father of itachi he has to be strong as hell

well, considering the fact that Sasuke did see his face, doubt he wouldn´t recognize his father and how does he fit the age? + his hair is brown and Tobi´s is black O_O

It would almost make sense but Tobi was showing his face to Sasuke on the fact that he was Madara Uchiha, not his Father. And I believe sasuke did in fact see his face.

Itachi may have been wrong about Tobi being Madara, but I'm pretty sure he would be able to confirm that he killed his own father
