Yeah its plausible, i mean technically Shisui could have had a brother and gotten his eyes, it would explain why Tobi has EMS and doesn't deactivate his sharingan (as far as i've seen). (if u get your eyes transplanted for EMS can u deactivate sharingan at all?)a
Also the idea of the Moons eye plan is to control everyone in the world with a Genjutsu projected onto them, as Shisui is an expert with Genjutsu it could be a corresponding link.
Whats then yet to be explained is Tobi's ability to teleport - maybe the other eyes he got transplanted were from someone who could do that?

Don't worry, I've read all of your guys' comments; they're just coming in so fast that I don't have time to reply to them all. In any case, I answered some questions in a re-edit of the post, but I'll explain to you personally.

So you sent me the link to the manga page, and I've seen it. I said this before: while Itachi personally witnessed Shisui's death, Shisui could have faked his death. Madara might or might not have faked his death - Shisui could have the same case. Furthermore, he could have made his death look real just to convince Itachi. Even if they're best friends, I'm sure that Shisui had his secrets and motives to do his own things. Besides, don't you think there's a reason why Kishimoto recently brought him back up in the latest chapters?

I appreciate that, I guess, and I apologize if this thread sounds like "Who Is Tobi?" It really is supposed to be "Who Is Shisui" but Tobi got caught up into the conversation when I was attempting to clarify my theory.

see the thing is itachi had nothing to lie about him dying shisui gave him his last eye to protect konoha which is why itachi planned to use it on sasuke to overwrite his hatred for konoha. Even if he were alive why give his eyes out? he's blind and useless.... and madara didnt fake his death he's dead that;s why he was brought back by the edo only dead people can be brought back and madara admitted to awakening the rinnegan before he died.... aka admitting he died in some way...

The part about Shisui being Tobi sounds plausible to me....

But a reanimated Shisui wouldnt have his eyes so therefore he would be useless

Edo reanimates the person to how they were when they died....Shisui didnt have any eyes when he died

The Tobi being Shisui interests me though....

Regardless of eyes or not, Kabuto did want to revive Shisui.

Your re-edit makes a more convincing argument, but you still missed one important question. How could Shisui manipulate Yagura for extended periods of time without some like Hiruzen noticing? It just doesn't fit the general timeline of the story

I personally think that Shisui had a "close relationship" with Tobi in my Tobi theory, but there's just no way that Tobi can be Shisui himself. The Yagura thing messes it up

...and Shisui would have been 8 when Tobi fought Minato.....

Yagura? I'm afraid I missed out in that arc. Perhaps that could prove me wrong in my theory and explain why so many of you disagree with me, but then again, I believe that Shisui will have a comeback, dead or not.

Yagura was the fourth Kage of the hidden mist. He was controlled by Tobi. Yagura was the one Zabuza tried to kill and ruled during the blood mist years. Itachi and Shisui would have been very young during that time.

its hard for me to decide but i think it could possibly be itachi and sasukes dad. he was missing during the attack of the 9 tails 16 years ago and was the head of the clan. i mean if itachi and sasuke were so talented, wouldnt they have got that talent from somewhere?

The Uchiha police force put Shisui to watch Itachi. They didn't know that konoha knew of their rebellion. If they saw shisui without an eye it would have caused the rebellion. Also, Itachi knew shisui and not until that day had he seen him without the eye. It doesn't have to spell out every second of every year. Shisui didn't walk around 6 years without an eye. I am done. I respect your theory and your persistence but no.

And giving -REP because of someone's opinion? lmao thats not even what thats for. Not going to stoop that low, what is REP affecting anyway? Nothing at all

Only few persons knew about Shisuis MS?

I think , that the Uchiha Leaders where not aware of this.

Since MS was forbidden or something and Shisui could have been kicked out of the clan or something or punished heavily.​

Most of us have discovered that tobi is izuna ..... i wonder when will people understand that ..... we have.... reason ... power .... goal.... revenge.... why he calls himself madara ..... who would whant to resurect an arogant bastard like madara ..... only the true love of a brother can make a man do all that stuff.... like itachi still loves sasuke even if sasuke is a dumbass criminal who whants to crush konoha
