Tobi is not an Uchiha.

I now have sufficient proof to back up my theory. It goes like this:

• 
  If you're an Uchiha, and you have the right skill, you can perform Izanagi or Izanagi. As shown by Itachi.
  
  • If you're not an Uchiha, you can still perform the former and the latter so long as you have this:
  
  A Sharingan
  Senju DNA

It was never the case that you required Senju DNA to perform Izanagi. Because of this particular page many were confused.

This proves that Tobi isn't an Uchiha. Why else would he have Senju DNA and a Sharingan that he has never deactivated?

Please tell me your thoughts on this

its still not confirmed if you need senju and uciha to perform izanagi.

for all we know the ancient ucihas good of gotten ahold of senju dna from dead senju bodies? or the senju willingly handed it over.

thats the thing, he has to be an uchiha because if he never deactivates it then he would be dead from chakra drain. (and TOBI's mask would not prevent it from draining him since he can still see through it)

If he is an Uchiha then why does he have Senju DNA? Obviously to boost up his power, but, I just don't think that he's an Uchiha.

he is both.... maybe his mother would be a senju and father would be uchiha..... and the resultant is tobi... a senjuha... haha...
seriously... only a uchiha can perform such powerful techniques like izanagi,,,.. and he can use his sharingan to control people or tailed beast.... which can be done only by uchiha...
thats the reason Kakashi and Danzo could never control anyone by their sharingan...
so ur doubt is cleared i guess....

Can't he deactivate his right eye?b4 he was tobi i don't think i saw his sharingan b4 episode 126 or something.even during battle with 8 man squad.he did n't show his sharingan b4 disappearing.

Off topic: I think it would be cool if Tobirama has some sort of grudge against his brother and the Leaf, changed his hair color, somehow became immortal, perfected his s/t, gathered a whole bunch of Uchiha eyes in the clan war, and is now pissed that Kabuto perfected the Impure World that he created. I know it's a dream, but Tobi being Tobirama would be cool imo.

We still don't know for sure if it's true that you must have Uchiha and Senju DNA in you to use Izanagi. But Kishi might have messed up the information he has already given us about Izanami and Izanagi.. Or he's simply trolling us.. xd
Edit: I also don't believe he is an Uchiha after reading these threads. I thought it could be Izuna but now I find it even more exciting to find out who or what Tobi is.

yes it is.

i think its possible some can do them if they are strong enough, but with senju dna anyone can do it. basically, its like senju dna is steroids, uchiha are the athlete and izanagi/izanami is muscle

he doesn't have the chakra drain because of the senju dna.
