I don't think genjutsu tape would work. Unless you fuse the tape with chakra, it'd be nothing more than a junk. When you work out on genjutsu, you focus on your chakra. That chakra put your mental faculty on a hold within the genjutsu user's control.

So technically, yeah, that's it.
