I am new to being a member of the naruto base forums but i have read a lot of threads and have read/ watched a lot of menga and anime and I havent heard anyone who thinks Tobi is Fukaku Uchiha/Sasuke's dad. :shrug: ....i just thought it made a lot of sense because he is the father of itachi and sasuke and he was the leader of the kona police force and the leader of the uchiha clan before itachi killed everyone. We have never seen him fight so he could have that space time jutzu that Tobi has. We know he hates kona because of the plot for the uchiha to kill everyone in the village. On the matter that he is said to have been killed by itachi could be that he used that forbidden jutsu that the uchiha have that makes you look dead or something to deceive itachi(you can only see one eye behind the mask maybe for a reason) or did it some other way. Prove me wrong but i think it is a pretty good theory to who is behind the mask.

i doubt it tobi and zetsu have yet to be revealed and it is coming soon i think tobi is infact madara cloned thru zetsu somehow

We saw his dead body, its impossible Itachi killed everyone including his own parents. The theory that Tobi is really Obito is much more likely because we never actually saw the dead body of Obito. Also look at the names, you could re arrange Obito to spell Tobi if you just take off 1 of the o's, bit of a play on names. Lots of other evidence but this thread isn't about that.
Well my theory is a bit of a far fetched one that not many people believe but there are plenty of facts to back it up, your theory however doesn't really have much evidence, not even a motive. You still have to explain how he survived the night Itachi killed everyone even though we saw his dead body, why if he's so strong he didn't simply stop Itachi by warping him away with the space time jutsu and why he suddenly became evil after his son murdered everyone? Shouldn't he be out for revenge on him like Sasuke instead of joining sides in Akatsuki?
