i think tobi could be the 2nd tobirama senju

yah people will say that he died and got his souls sealed by the death god seal and he is dead but then agin some one like the 2nd tushikaga can split his soul into 2 and one half can get sealed or die and he be at half strenght could that be when itachi said his a shell of his former self (the wirter could be hinting at that) plus he is useing half of his name

No, people said that when they thought tobi could be Obito, but thats not the case and doesn't mean anything.
